Affiliate Member Benefit: Quarterly Agent Rosters

In an effort to provide additional membership benefit to our valued affiliate members, The Canyon County Regional REALTORS® Board of Directors has approved to provide Agent Rosters to the primary contact at each affiliate office on a quarterly basis, beginning on Thursday, September 3, 2026.

Here is the information that will be shared on the roster:

  • Brokerage name
  • Agent name
  • Agent email
  • Agent phone number

ATTENTION AGENTS: Don't want your information shared?
Here's how to opt-out:

  1. Go to the Canyon County Regional REALTORS® website (2cregionalrealtors.com), click Member Center in the top menu, then select Member Login. Enter your Username and Password and click Sign In.
  2. From the left-hand menu on your Info Hub dashboard, click My Info.
  3. Scroll down and find Communication Preferences.
  4. Click the small pencil icon next to Communication Preferences to open the "Edit Fields" popup.
  5. Click the dropdown and select "Do not share my contact information with Affiliate Members."
  6. Click Done in the popup to save. The Communication Preferences section will now show "Do not share my contact information with Affiliate Members," confirming your opt-out is saved.
