Thank you for being a member of Canyon County Regional REALTORS®. 2027 membership renewal invoices were added to accounts on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and invoices were emailed directly to members with payment instructions.
The deadline for membership renewal is Thursday, December 31, 2026. Pay by this date to avoid late fees and membership deactivation. You can also login to the member portal to pay.
We are pleased to share that the 2CRR Board of Directors has kept REALTOR® and affiliate dues the same as last year.

We are pleased to share that the 2CRR Board of Directors has kept local dues the same as last year. We have not raised the cost of our local association dues in almost a decade.
Additionally, Idaho REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® have not increased membership dues for 2027.
Please note: Billing for secondary members and Emeritus members will differ. Check your invoice for specifics.
2026 Achievements
Canyon County Regional REALTORS®, your local REALTOR® association, has accomplished a number of exciting achievements this year.
- We partnered with the Snake River Valley Building Contractors Association to bring the Economic Summit to Nampa. Featuring national leadership from the building contractors association and the National Association of REALTORS®, the event provided members with valuable economic and development updates.
- Our annual Humanitarian Golf Tournament raised $7,500 to benefit the Burnout funds of Nampa and Caldwell fire departments. These funds will be used to help local residents who have been displaced by fires or experienced other emergencies. They provide immediate financial assistance while families figure out their next steps.
- We continued our 40+ year tradition of providing scholarships to local students and awarded ten scholarships of at least $2,000 plus $1,000 in grant funds to a local teacher to use for resources in their classroom. We’ve given over $300,000 in scholarship funds over the history of this program, leaving a lasting impact on the youth of our local communities.
- Market statistics were consistently created for members to share on social media and in agent email updates.
- 2CRR hosted an Affiliate Thank You event alongside the Buckaroo Breakfast at the Caldwell Night Rodeo. The event featured a pie-eating contest and gifts for our Affiliates, who do so much to help us succeed.
- We offered members more than 40 hours of FREE CE classes throughout the year, including the 2025 and 2026 CORE and Ethics classes required for license renewal.
